My Process
1. Design Phase
After the initial meeting I will create a wireframe that will layout what will be on each page of the site. From there we will discuss any revisions before moving on to the build phase.
2. Build Phase
you will be periodically updated on the progress of the site and will be allowed 1 free revision per page after that there will be an additional charge per revision.
3. Launch Phase
Once launched I will monitor and fix all issues that come up for a 2 week period. From there if there is an issue that you find you must reach out to me for support.

Self Managed Website
$500
Fully responsive design: Looks good on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Speed Optimizations: Under 1 second load times.
Assistance in account creation: I help you set up your Duda account and show you the basics of changing text and images.
Final hand-off: Once finished I transfer ownership to your own Duda account.
Self hosting: You pay the Duda platform fees directly. ($19-$25/m)
Limited 2 Week Support: I will answer any questions and fix any issues for a limited 2 week period post launch. After that any future updates/fixes must be done by you.
Actively Managed Website
$500 + $99/m
Fully responsive design: Looks good on phones, tablets, and desktops.
Speed Optimizations: Under 1 second load times.
Managed Cloudflare Hosting: High speed secure hosting with 99.9% uptime.
Active Support: 2 hours of on-call updates every month. You send me a change, I do it.
Security and SSL: I manage the renewals for security certificates so the "not secure" popup never apears.
Domain Management: I manage the DNS records and domain renewals.
Search Engine Optimization
$250
New or Old Websites: I will do all of the following for new or existing websites and Google business profiles.
Keyword Research: indentifying what your customer base is searching for.
Technical SEO Audit: Optimizing headers (H1-H3), meta descriptions, and "alt-text" for every single page.
Local SEO Boost: Setup and optimization of your Google Business Profile to drive local leads.
Competitive Analysis: A report on what your top 3 local competitors are doing to rank and how we beat them.
Why am I so much cheaper then the big agencies?
I’m building Oliver & Co. from the ground up. I don’t have a skyscraper office, a sales team, or a massive portfolio of 500 projects yet. What I do have is time and focus. Because I’m building my reputation, you get "founding-member" pricing and a developer who is personally invested in your site’s success. You won't get passed off to a junior assistant.
